We are authorized service partners for AMT/Datasouth, Citizen America, Microplex, Printek, PSI and TallyGenicom

We offer a complete range of maintenance options, including field service, depot service, and time & material calls. We can provide you with literature, product training, and depot or field service for all of the products listed on our website. You won't have to worry about being sold products that can't be supported.

Not only do we provide services listed above for the products that we sell, we can also provide service on products that we don’t. With our network of national service companies, we are able to provide onsite printer service for your entire organization, locally and at remote sites.

For the reseller, we will provide you with literature, product training, and depot or field service for all these fine products. You won't have to worry about your customers being sold products that can't be supported.

ETC stocks supplies and accessories for our primary product lines as well as those not listed on our website. In most cases, orders usually ship within 24 hours after receipt.
